target signs of ageing effectively

Plasma pen

A non-invasive treatment for skin tightening, targeting scars from Acne or stretch marks or skin tags.

As we age, the skin naturally undergoes changes, with reduced collagen and elastin production. This leads to thinning of the deeper dermal layers, resulting in the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. Other issues, like scars from trauma or acne, also affect the skin.

What is a Plasma Pen?

The Plasma Pen is the first FDA approved handheld plasma device.

Plasma IQ uses advanced technology to generate plasma through precise micro beams, targeting the skin to stimulate tissue tightening.

This process, called fibroblasting, creates tiny controlled wounds that trigger the body’s natural healing response. As the skin heals, it boosts collagen and elastin production, resulting in firmer, rejuvenated skin with improved texture and elasticity.

The Plasma Pen can be used for :

  • stimulating collagen to reduce wrinkles and lines
  • skin tightening
  • rejuvenate scars from acne, stretch marks, trauma or surgery.
  • removal of skin tags

What are the benefits of Plasma Pen?

The Plasma Pen offers a range of benefits:

  • non-surgical alternative to treatments for eye-lid surgery.
  • minimal recovery time
  • a safe, quick and effective treatment
  • long-lasting natural results
  • boost your confidence and self-esteem.

What are the negatives of plasma pen?

When performed by a skilled practitioner, plasma pen treatments can cause peeling, swelling, scabbing and post-treatment bruising, so it requires downtime – typically a few weeks to heal before these side effects subside.

frequently asked questions

Am I suitable for the treatment?

By coming to our free Consultation, we can ascertain if you are suitable and plan your treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

During the first free consultation, we will advise you on the best session plan for your skin type.

What do I need to do before Plasma pen treatment?
What do I need to do after the treatment?

Your skin is often mildly pink following treatment, just like a warm flush. Typically, this flush calms within a few minutes to an hour.

We also ask that you :

  • No sun exposure for 72 hours after each treatment.
  • Apply aloe vera gel for 72 hours after each treatment.
  • Use 50spf sun protection each day
  • No exercise, swimming or sauna/steam rooms 24 hours after the treatment
  • No tweezing, plucking or waxing any new hair growth.
  • Shave the night before your next appointment.
Are there any side effects?

Following your plasma pen treatment it is normal to experience swelling and tenderness.

Initially, there may be swelling and puffiness, especially if you have had treatment to the upper or lower eye-lids.
This should subside within a few days, and tiny scans will have formed over the holes. Your skin may feel tight.

After a week, your skin may appear pink underneath as the scabs fall off.
Over the next few weeks, the skin will return to its normal colour and you should start to see the collagen stimulating effects of the treatment.

How do I Pay for treatments?

Session plans will be agreed during the first consultation and payment is made in full for the plan.

There are discounts for plans of 6 or 8 sessions.

Payments accepted: Card, Cash, Bank Transfer, Beauty Lounge Vouchers.
